Looking for a fun-loving and goofy new friend? Look no further than Scooby! This energetic boy is full of personality and would thrive in a home with other playful dogs. He needs an active environment and would do best with a fenced-in yard for his zoomies, though his foster parents ensure he gets plenty of exercise even without one. Scooby is house trained and ready to be your loyal companion, keeping you entertained for hours with his hilarious antics and lots of love to give. He loves to rough-house with other dogs and is always up for a good time. Whether you need a running partner or a snuggle buddy, Scooby is your guy. He adores treats, snuggles, and toys, and while he sleeps very soundly due to hearing loss, he doesn’t bark much—except when playing or trying to get the attention of other dogs. Working with him on hand signals will enhance your bond, as he responds to vibrations like stomping or tapping. Extremely friendly, Scooby loves to be petted and will make eye contact while you talk, showcasing his adorable 'head tilt.' He also loves kids and thinks he’s a lap dog! If you’re ready to welcome this funny, furry friend into your home, Scooby can’t wait to meet you and start his new adventure!

Scooby is a male Black Mouth Cur/Boxer mix (our best guess of breeds) who was born approximately 7-16-23 and currently weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $300 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs.
