Sergei is an active and playful pup who’s just beginning to discover the joys of being safe, loved, and part of a family. Though he’s still a little wary of people, he’s making steady progress each day. Where he once froze when held, he now wags his tail, and if you give him space, he’ll approach with a playful bounce and curious energy. He’s not always ready for pets just yet, but with time and patience, his sweet personality is starting to shine through. Sergei adores the big foster sisters he’s living with and shares a spirited (and sometimes squabbly) bond with his buddy Katya. Housetraining is a work in progress, but he’s improving, and he’s learning to walk on a leash and getting more comfortable with kennel time, often settling in for about four hours. Toys are still a mystery to him, but he’s a big fan of sticks and outdoor adventures. With a little guidance and a lot of love, Sergei is well on his way to becoming a loyal, joyful companion.
Sergei is a growing male Husky/Black Mouth Cur/Terrier mix who was was born approximately 1-19-25. Dad is a purebred red/white Siberian Husky. Mom is a Black Mouth Cur/Terrier mix. He is neutered, has age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed. Adoption fee is $500 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
