SGT. SNIFFERS

My name is Sergeant Sniffers (Sarge for short), and I'm a very sweet Beagle looking for humans that will take me in. I'm pretty easygoing, and after a little time will warm up to almost anything. I love going on walks and sniffing out all the awesome smells there are to discover (that's how I got my name!), I am super nice to anyone that I meet (and a lot of people stop to pet me because I'm so cute). I also walk really well, and almost never pull or tug on my leash. I play well with most dogs, and do great at dog parks. I'm even good with cats (my foster home has one, and I'm pretty nice/respectful of her). I'm highly motivated by treats, and will learn good manners pretty quickly in your home. I'm looking for a new chapter in my forever home, and will give a lot of love to any humans that will be a part of it. Sniffers came from rural southern Oklahoma where he was found as a stray and never reclaimed. The only way he would make it out of the shelter alive was to be rescued as they do not have any volunteer or adoption programs in their rural animal control facility. Dolly's Legacy came to his rescue and saved his life. Now he's ready for a new chapter with a forever home. Sargeant Sniffers is a male Beagle/Hound, weighs 43 lbs and was born approximately 6-9-20. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & given a Proheart injection for 6 months of heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $475 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
