Silas is a happy-go-lucky boy who loves everyone he meets! He is affectionate and fun-loving. He is so grateful to be rescued and given the chance to begin a new chapter in his life.
Silas was rescued from a rural outdoor shelter in Southeastern Missouri where he was on death row. There is no adoption program there, his only way out was to be rescued. Dolly's Legacy is honored to have saved his life and have promised him a happy home.
Silas is a Yellow Lab/American Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs 55 lbs and was born approximately 4-12-22. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease and started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $250 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
