Snowy (also known as “Betty White,” thanks to her all-natural glamorous bottle-blonde coat and those adorable darker roots) is a playful, inquisitive 2-year-old Havanese/Shih Tzu/West Highland terrier mix who’s ready to be your best little sidekick. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t need to be glued to your lap 24/7—but she absolutely wants to be nearby, keeping you company like a loyal friend, confidant, and tiny roommate who always knows what you’re up to. She is much smaller than her photos reflect. True to her nickname, Snowy gives major St. Olaf energy: sweet, charming, a little quirky, and impossible not to love. She adores other dogs and would thrive with a canine companion to wrestle, romp, and share adventures with, and she also enjoys her toys and a good play session. When she decides it’s cuddle time, she’ll happily curl up with you, but she also has a wonderful independent streak that makes her an easy, balanced companion. She will go into a crate, though she’s not especially fond of it if everyone else is free-roaming, so she’ll do best with a patient adopter who can help her feel secure. With her playful spirit, gentle affection, and Golden-Girl-level charm, Snowy is ready to find her forever home—preferably one with a dog friend and someone who appreciates a little Betty White magic.
Three Must-Knows About Snowy
Snowy is a Havanese/West Highland Terrier/mix (our best guess of breeds) who was was born approximately 12-27-23 and weighs 12 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
