My name is Spanky! Yep…you read that right. I’m part of the Little Rascal puppies. I hold the title for being the biggest one in the litter! Some people don't even want to believe my siblings are from the same litter because I'm so much bigger. Guess maybe I was always first in line for milk as babies! The "puppy calculator" estimates I will top off around 99 lbs as an adult.  I’m looking for a family to call my own. I like to be close to my humans. Sometimes I like to sit on their lap as well. Especially when they are sitting on the floor at my level. My foster mom has to remind me that I’m going to be a big boy so I need to take advantage of being a “lap dog” while I can! I am currently working on potty training. I like to chew on things since I’m teething and especially like sticks. My foster family consists of two medium dogs and an extra large dog. He doesn’t really appreciate me in his face trying to be friends. Oh and there is a cat that I’m trying to figure out. I like to run with my foster dogs in the yard. Sometimes they alert me that there is someone walking by so we need to check it out. If you have a nice yard for me to run around in, the energy to keep up with me as a growing boy who needs lots of exercise, and don't mind a big pup who sheds and drools for the next 15 years, then maybe we could meet and see if we're a match!

Spanky is a growing male Yellow Lab (mix) who was born approximately 1-3-24. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick and heartworm preventative, dewormed. Adoption fee is $650 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
