This goofy hound mix is a four-legged social director whose mission in life is simple: make friends, have fun, and invite everyone to join in. Whether they're big or small, young or old, Sprout believes everyone deserves a playmate. He's a lovable doofus with a heart as big as his paws and enough enthusiasm to brighten even the quietest day. Sprout is always ready for the next game, the next adventure, or the next belly rub. Despite all that puppy energy, he's already showing what a smart boy he is. He's learned that sitting politely earns him pets much faster than jumping up, and he's eager to keep learning. Having recently traded kennel life for foster life, he's discovering just how wonderful a real home can be and taking it all in with his trademark happy-go-lucky spirit.
Sprout came into rescue as a pup and is expected to grow into a large, handsome hound mix. He would thrive with an active family that enjoys laughter, playtime, and including their dog in everyday adventures. He loves people of all ages—including young children—and gets along beautifully with everyone he meets. He's doing well in his crate and is currently learning the ins and outs of house training as he adjusts to life in a home. He has not yet been tested with cats, and he would love a fenced yard so he can stretch his long legs and burn off some puppy energy.

Sprout is an All-American Rescue Dog/Hound mix who was was born approximately 4-3-26. He is neutered, age-appropriate vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and given flea/tick preventative. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
