Wilbur is a happy, playful puppy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He has a laid-back side but also loves to romp around and explore the outdoors. He’s great with kids and plays well with dogs of all sizes, though he can be a little rough with smaller pups. Wilbur is curious about cats but respectful when they set boundaries. Like any puppy, he’s full of energy and mischief—he’ll happily put anything he finds into his mouth, so he needs supervision or a safe space to play. He’s working on potty training, leash manners, and learning not to jump on people, especially kids, and he’s making great progress. Wilbur can spend about four hours in his kennel before needing a break and does well with some quiet time after play. While he loves to run and explore, he’s also happy to stop for snuggles and puppy kisses. Wilbur’s sweet and playful nature is shining through more every day, and he’s ready to bring joy and love to his forever home!
Wilbur is a growing male Retriever/Newfoundland/mix who was was born 9-13-24 . He is anticipated to be potentially 100+ lbs based on his size/age. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed,and started on heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $600 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
