WONKA

Hi there! My name is Wonka and I love to play with my sister, Truffles, as well as my other two foster siblings. I really want to play with all of the dogs I meet, but sometimes it takes a little bit for me to be brave and warm up enough to join them in the play. I love playing with toys, but I'm not quite sure what to do on a leash yet. I know with a little bit of practice I can learn to be great on walks. I love to please and I'm willing to put in the work, especially if you bribe me with all the treats!  I haven't had a single potty accident in the house and I’m also great at going by the door to tell you when I need to go out. My kennel is my safe place and I like having it open so I can go in and out of it whenever. I'm hoping I will be in a home of my very own to celebrate Christmas! Wonka is a male Chocolate Lab/Pointer mix, weighs 26.7 lbs (but growing!) and was born approximately 9-1-20. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $600 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
