ZEUS

Zeus is a gentle giant & a very special boy. He gets excited when his foster mom gets home from work and jumps, but never puts his paws on her. He follows her around like a shadow. He does well with the other two large dogs in his foster home.  He loves to snuggle. He knows his basic commands and comes when you call him. He does struggle a bit to sit, as he’s a little underweight and a little shaky. All he wants is a soft place to snuggle you and 2-3 meals a day. Zeus hasn't met cats yet, but we highly doubt that he’d be interested in them. We want the most special home for our special boy! Zeus entered rescue as a terribly neglected dog who had lost most of his coat due to untreated yeast & bacterial infections on his skin. He has been getting regular medicated baths & check ups to get his skin & coat looking & feeling better. Zeus is a male Black Lab/Cattle Dog/Mastiff mix (verfied by DNA test), weighs 72 lbs and was born approximately 3-24-16. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested negative for heartworm disease & started on preventative. Adoption fee is $375 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
