Lucy is absolutely adorable. She is very playful and can entertain herself for hours batting a puff ball around. While playing, she will frequently talk to herself. She also loves chasing wand toys. She isn't much of a "lap kitty" and would much rather be on the go than being held. She will rub against you with all her might to show her affection and is quite endearing when she does this. She enjoys climbing and will find a spot up high to perch on the smallest of places. Lucy is very small and dainty for her age but is quite sassy despite her petite size. She doesn't hesitate to chase a cat 3 times her size if she feels the need! She very much enjoys playing with kitties who have her same personality and who are easy going vs being a bully or playing too rough. Lucy has not been introduced to children. Due to her not liking to be held and will nip to let you know, we feel it is best she be in an adult only home. She has only met a dog once, while at the vet, and was not impressed. Lucy likes both wet & dry food and will be happiest if you continue both for her. Lucy was picked up along with her mama as strays and impounded in Oklahoma. Lucy was very sick and by the time she was rescued, her eye had ruptured. She had it removed and is now ready to take on the world!
Lucy is a Tabby/Domestic Shorthair born approximately 5-15-24. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Adoption fee is $125 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs.
