Mariah lived a tough life on the streets as a stray cat, but she was far too sweet to stay there. Now, she is living the good life with Dolly's Legacy as a pampered indoor kitty! Mariah took to indoor life perfectly and has already mastered the litterbox and hasn't used her claws to scratch anywhere she shouldn't. Mariah is the sweetest girl, and is the absolute definiton of a lap cat! She absolutely loves curling up on soft, warm blankets, and is the perfect cuddle companion. Her favorite thing is to rub on your legs as she passes, will soak up any pets offered, and wants to be with her people as much as possible. While she is incredibly laid back, Mariah has been defensive around other cats, likely from having to fight for survial and compete for resources during her time as a stray. Her forever home would ideally not have any other cats, but she has already come a long way in being neutral around other cats, and with time, could very likely learn to live with another laid back cat. The dogs in her foster home however don't bother her at all, and she should be just fine with a cat-friendly dog or two in her forever home.
