Missy is very playful and enjoys a good playtime chasing wand toys. She loves to perch in a sunny window where she can watch birds & squirrels in between naps. Make sure to guard your toilet paper, as she thinks unrolling it is just the best time ever! Missy absolutely loves attention and wants to be near her person and being petted, but isn't much for just sitting on a lap. She really enjoys being brushed. She can be shy when meeting new people, but as long as she feels safe and some petting and brushing is involved, she will become your friend in no time at all. Missy has been with Boomer most of her life. They belonged to an elderly owner who went into assisted living and sadly was not allowed to bring them with her, so she tearfully surrendered them. We would love to see them adopted together since they've already lost their owner & home. We'd hate for them to lose each other. Missy loves her Fancy Feast extra gravy wet food, and will also nibble on dry food & treats.
Missy is an all-white Turkish Van/mix born approximately 5-15-20. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Adoption fee is $125, or $200 as a pair with her favorite pal, Boomer, to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs.
