Sweet little Kevin came all the way from Texas. He is now spending his time here in Nebraska with his foster family. He has a furry foster brother that has been showing him the ropes. They love to share everything, including their toys. Their favorite game of all is tag. Kevin is an energetic, intelligent, and very angelic boy who would love an active family to play with. Another pup in the home would even be a bigger bonus! He is already catching on to so much. He has mastered "sit, no, and come". Training Kevin shouldn’t take much work as he can be persuaded by food. He is very food motivated. He is also kennel trained, sleeps through the night and does great in his kennel when left alone. Kevin has been living a fun and busy life exploring many new places! He has been to a baseball field, Sunday farmers market, and even has spent days at the lake with his foster family. There are some loud noises that will scare him, but with a little encouragement he starts to get comfortable and realizes going on adventures is a fun thing to do. Kevin is a people dog. Yes he loves other pups, but if you're outside on the patio or inside on the couch that’s where he likes to be. He is a flexible puppy who would be a great addition to any family. Whoever adopts him is definitely hitting the lottery with this boy.

Requirements to adopt Kevin:  Home ownership with a fenced yard (no apartment), ability to take on daily walks, verifiable exceptional pet ownership history.

Kevin is a growing Retriever/Border Collie mix, born approximately 1-26-22. He will likely grow to be a big boy as he has large paws & large features. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed and started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $550 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs.
