Hello there! My name is Artemis and I'm always down for a fun time! I am a firecracker of a puppy. Do not ever let my small size fool you, I can wrestle with the biggest dog in my foster home and come out on top! I like to sneak attack my foster mom while she is reading with either kisses or puppy nibbles on her nose, it's a surprise to both of us which I will choose. I have been doing great at learning my manners when it comes to my sharp puppy teeth. I would do good in a home with children who have experience with dogs that will understand when I rough house sometimes it is completely out of excitement and love. My foster mom's teenage sister is my favorite person ever! I let her carry me around like a baby. I love to race around the backyard and you will often find me coming inside tinted brown from the wrestle mania matches that occur and a little dirt never hurt anyone! I absolutely need another doggy pal in the home to keep me company and show me the ropes. I have my brother Apollo and my foster pup siblings right now and we have the best time ever, I'm afraid I would be terribly sad and lonely without that furry interaction all day. I do need my doggy friend not to be a very dominant alpha personality. I'm still working on my kennel and potty training but my foster mom tells me I'm doing such a good job. My accidents are getting few and far between if I'm let out on a regular schedule. I can't quite hold it all day while my humans are at work so it's a good thing they come home for lunch! I run right into my kennel for a treat but then I remember it's not my favorite place to be. I do whine a little at first to let you know I'd much rather be out playing but I quiet down and relax with my toys and listen to the radio. Artemis is a growing female Terrir/mixed breed puppy who was born approximately 11/27/2021. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on heartworm preventive. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
