The show may be "I Love Lucy", but the truth is, I'm the one who will love you more than anything! I love my sister Ethel, but people are my absolute favorite!!! I love snuggling up with my foster parents; I have to hop on them the second they get on the couch! I would love to go home with someone who has the time to cuddle with me day and night. Even though people are my favorite, I do have a lot of energy which I typically burn out with my sister and foster siblings. It would probably be best if I went to a home with other dogs or someone that has a lot of energy so they can keep up with me! I'm still working on my potty training, but I have learned so much since I've been here! I am way better than I was and will even go to the door. So if you're looking for a playful, snuggly puppy, I'm the one for you!
Lucy & Ethel came from a crowded city shelter in Texas where they were in grave danger of being euthanized due to limited space at the shelter & puppies are often the first killed due to their vulnerable health. Dolly's Legacy came to their rescue and saved their lives. Now they are ready for a new chapter with forever homes.
Lucy is a growing female Terrier/mix pup who was born approximately 10-21-21. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
