Hello from little Flip! This tiny pup has blossomed from a shy guy to a confident dog who isn’t afraid of anything. When he first arrived he was unsure of so many things, especially stairs. Even though he was scared, he went down the stairs anyways — even if he was scream-barking the entire time! He’s a brave boy who loves to play with other dogs (no matter their size), investigate what’s around him (especially cats), and try new foods (specifically human food). He loves his brother, Nipsy, and when he slows down at night his favorite place to be is snuggled up next to him or one of his humans.
The "Schnauzer Boys" were owner surrendered to a crowded shelter in Texas, coming from an unwanted litter. The surrendering owners stated their mom is a Giant Schnauzer, it is unknown what breed the dad is. Dolly's Legacy brought them into rescue so they would receive all the necessary veterinary care & go on to find loving, responsible, forever homes.
Flip is a growing male Schnauzer/mix pup who was born approximately 1-20-22. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed & started on heartworm preventative. Adoption fee is $750 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs of all the animals in our care. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
