LANE

This stunning little fella is Lane. He is a Labrador Retriever/mix puppy who found himself lost and no one claimed him at the shelter he was taken to. He is a gem—loves people and likes to seek them out and told what a good boy he is. He loves playing with toys, especially the ones that squeak and does a pretty good job of keeping himself occupied. He is currently fostered with three medium/large dogs and does well with his interactions with them and taking their cues when they correct him. He loves to wrestle and run around the yard with them. While a fenced yard would not be required for Lane, he does love to sniff, play fetch and explore so a fenced yard would allow him to do all that freely. He is not currently fostered with kids; however was at his previous foster home in Texas. He has not met a cat in his current foster home. Lane is working on potty training and does great in his kennel (overnight and during the day in two 4-5 hour shifts) and so far doing great inside with being let out after playing and sleeping. Lane has had minimal leash work so that will be something that his foster family will be working on. Lane is a smart pup and would certainly benefit from training to stimulate his mind and keep him engaged. This little peanut would be a great match for any individual or family.

Lane is a growing male Retriever mix who was born approximately 7-23-21. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventive, dewormed & started on preventive. Adoption fee is $575 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care.
