Hi there! My name is Ruffles and I am a super smiley little girl who is full of puppy energy and fun zoomies! I love playing with the other puppies and dogs in my foster home and have so much fun. I get the zoomies in the backyard and make everyone stop what they are sniffing and play tag. I am slowly meeting the cats that live in my foster home and will sniff them, my foster mom says that is what I should do and I am learning they don’t like to play much. I do okay on a leash, but sometimes I get sidetracked with where we need to go. I haven’t met any kids yet, but if they want to play, I think I will like them. I don’t really like the kennel yet and am working on learning that it can be safe; I would rather be beside people and will let you know when I’m ready to come out. While I love to play with other dogs, I am also very in love with people and will curl up on your neck or in your arm to feel safe. I am still working on my potty training but I am doing really well. I am quickly getting the hang of this ‘sit’ thing and can’t wait to learn more! My ideal home would include another young & playful dog and a fenced yard so we can do lots of zoomie chases. I would not be happy in an apartment or living a sedentary life. I need to go on lots of adventures and get plenty of playtime outdoors.
